By accessing and using Bank2Sheet ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Bank2Sheet is a document conversion service that allows users to convert PDF bank statements to Excel format. The service processes uploaded documents and returns converted files for download.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Upload files that violate intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload files that exceed reasonable size limits

3.2 File Ownership

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and process any files you submit through our service.

4. Service Limitations

4.1 File Processing

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in document conversion. The quality of conversion depends on the clarity and format of the original PDF file.

4.2 Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

4.3 File Size and Format

We support PDF files up to 50MB in size. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
• We do not store your documents permanently
• All data transmission is encrypted
• We do not share your data with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bank2Sheet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of converted documents
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BANK2SHEET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in converted documents
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bank2Sheet from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content you upload or process

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
